When you purchase your initial report you have the right to purchase our volume discount of $28.95 to receive unlimited reports for one month. This will be billed once for $28.95.

Refunds

Refund requests for cancelled Accounts may be made ay any time by contacting us at support@dmvrecordshub.com or by calling 1-866-364-6408. Once our support receives your request they will be able to immediately provide a refund to the user back to there original card within 90 days of purchase."

As-is reports

Our reports are provided on an as-is basis. They are compiled from information provided by government agencies. We cannot vouch for the accuracy of the information provided to us. We cannot guarantee that all of the information providedby the government will be up to date. We make no real or implied warranties about our reports. We will not be held liable for any damages, real or imagined, caused by the information in our reports.

Disputes

Should a dispute arise between you and our company, you agree that it will be handled by a third-party arbitration service and not the court system. Should your dispute have merit, we agree to pay for the cost of arbitration and any damages. Should your dispute be deemed without merit, you agree to pay for the cost of the arbitration service.
